Okay firstly i have no intracte knowledge of code.
I have built and designed several websites through the use of joomla and i would use it to build ownage wow.
Basic code knowledge that i do have.
Php
Html <--- obv
SQL
C++
LUA

I do a lot of graphic design and would be happy to show you logos and set up wich i use if required.
I will be able to implement registration to the server, vote panels , donation panels and more into the joomla website
It will contain flash object implemented to show pictures of the server in slide shows and information. I wont link it up to the forum because it can mess up very easily, i would like to re- design the forum in accordance to the joomla theme wich i will use and edit, this can be discussed.
If joomla isnt what you want then i can build html / php but it will take longer and not be as good.
That is all i have to tell you about my skills.
